Timothy is a partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP, practicing in the firm’s Langley office. He was called to the bar in 1998. He articled with and then spent his first twelve years of practice with the former Fort Langley firm Cherrington Easingwood Kearl LLP. He maintains a devoted solicitor’s practice with a focus on estates and trusts, business law, and real estate law.
Timothy is the practice leader of our Estate Planning and Litigation Practice Group. Timothy supports clients with probate and administration applications. He is a frequent presenter on estate planning and is known for delivering practical, solutions-oriented advice.
Timothy advises clients on business purchases, sales, and financing, and is active in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He frequently acts for commercial landlords and tenants, drawing on his background in commercial litigation, lien, and foreclosure work to provide practical, strategic guidance on lease negotiations and disputes. He also advises on partnership and corporate governance matters and assists borrowers and lenders in secured lending transactions.
Law is a second career for Timothy. He considers it a privilege to serve his clients, and is committed to providing thoughtful guidance and effective outcomes to businesses and individuals alike.
Outside of the office, Timothy enjoys spending treasured private time with his wife and adult children.
