History and Values
Kirk Poje, Terry Dunn, and Frank Potts were called to the British Columbia Bar in 1978. The three law school classmates eventually formed Lindsay Kenney LLP (along with Richard Lindsay and the late Julian Kenney) in 1980 and opened their second office, in Langley, in 1991. There is no doubt that Lindsay Kenney has built a solid reputation of legal excellence and client service based on the foundation established by these distinguished partners.
We value our clients and believe lawyers should be responsive, approachable, and available. We seek understanding of each client’s unique situation by developing and nurturing solid relationships and finding the most pragmatic and efficient solution. Our committed lawyers are able to see the ‘bigger picture’ and can address the interdependent relationships among many areas of the law.
