Shelagh is an Associate Counsel in the Family Law Group at Lindsay Kenney LLP. As a litigator with over 30 years of experience, Shelagh emphasizes alternative dispute resolution methods whenever possible and is certified by the Law Society of British Columbia as a family law mediator, family arbitrator, and parenting coordinator.
She offers guidance, strategic planning, and support to clients with respect to family law matters including complex, high net worth cases and those involving inter-jurisdictional issues.
Her practice includes the preparation of family law agreements, including cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements.
Shelagh has appeared as counsel at all levels of Court in British Columbia, and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Outside the office, Shelagh enjoys travel, reading, and scenic walks.
One hour consultations are offered at $550 plus tax.
