Legal Practice Areas:

Raj is an Associate Counsel in our Langley office.  His practice focuses on estate litigation, wrongful dismissal claims, corporate/commercial disputes, and injury claims (including civil sexual assault).

Prior to joining Lindsay Kenney LLP, Raj was Associate Counsel at a boutique firm where he focused on employment and personal injury matters.  He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of British Columbia in 2000, before attending the Faculty of Law.  He received his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2004, and was called to the BC bar in 2005.

Raj is an accomplished trial lawyer and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.  In addition to his extensive trial experience, Raj is a skilled negotiator and has assisted clients with achieving favourable out-of-court settlements in hundreds of cases.  Raj’s approach to dispute resolution starts with developing a full understanding of his clients’ specific circumstances and priorities with patience and compassion.  From there, he is able to provide advice and pursue solutions that match his clients’ unique needs and objectives.

Outside of work, Raj enjoys reading, motorcycling, tennis, badminton, golf, alpine skiing, travel, and spending time with his wife and three children.
